Built on the edge of a valley, FairView is close to the main town, yet away from the city noise. The house has ample lounge as well as a terrace space offering stunning views of the town. Mall road - 15min Kufri/ Nalderah/ Mashobra - 45min (avoids main Shimla traffic) The space The house has 4 storeys and starts from 1st floor which has a separate entrance and a very spacious studio apartment. The main entrance of the house starts from the 2nd floor where the hosts live. The main dining area is also on this floor. 3rd floor has 2 rooms with its own lounge. 4th floor is the penthouse with 1 bedroom, a lounge and a terrace. 1. Each room has a tea/coffee maker of its own. All the rooms have attached bathroom and 24 hour hot water and a equipped with all essential toiletries. Solar heating for the attic bedroom 2. A microwave is provided to the guests, if needed. 3. A Refrigerator is also provided to the guests if they wish to store food and keep it fresh 4. A small electrical Tandoor can also be provided to guests to enjoy their own little BBQ at the terrace. Guest access Our guests have access to the entire house except kitchen; basic equipment for common use like microwave, refrigerator, electric tandoor, disposable cutlery has been provided.
