Overview
Hotel Narayana Palace was built in 2006 (so not very old) has good facilities. It’s located on a 5 acre piece of land. There is a Swimming pool on the premises. It has a restaurant which serves good Indian Food. However, the maintenance of the hotel is not very good. They can renovate and upgrade the facilities and it can become a very good Hotel. The staff needs to be trained to cater for international guests. It’s location is very good. Offers good view. There are many restaurants nearby. Conveniently located near the two main tourist attractions- Ram Jhoola and Lakshman Jhoola. In the room which was allotted to us, the water heater was not working. If only the management were more professional they can make it into a sought after facility. We however had a reasonably good stay.
